The run is this job's cost against budget, spread across the centres by exposure: preliminaries and rectification carry more of it than sheeting to a measured rate, because that is where jobs actually bleed. The centres add to $2,768,450, which is the job's actual cost.

Purlin centres at gridline 7, shed 2

Jared Ruska QClad 2026-08-12 09:12

The structural drawings issue D show purlin centres at 1200 to gridline 7, but the roof sheeting layout we have been issued is set out for 900. Sheeting cannot be laid to the current set-out without a variation to the purlins. Please confirm which is correct before we mobilise the sheeting crew on Monday.

Marcus Deng replied 2026-08-14 15:48

Confirmed 900 centres. Structural drawings are being reissued at revision E this week. Proceed on the sheeting layout as issued; the purlin variation will be instructed separately.

Jared Ruska QClad 2026-08-15 07:30

Received, thank you. Proceeding on 900. We will raise the variation for the additional purlin runs once the reissued drawings land.
