The specified acoustic liner tray is on a nine week lead time to Groote, which puts it past our programmed installation window. We are proposing an equivalent perforated liner with the same absorption coefficient and an identical acoustic report rating, available in three weeks. Manufacturer's data and the acoustic consultant's comparison attached. Requesting approval to substitute.
